2. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

You must contact us first at (support@WineLoversUSA.com) or call us at 1(888)-252-0090.

All our products must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defective in any way or a return will not be issued.

3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

WineLoversUSA will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Basic proof of purchase must be presented upon return. Original receipts, email addresses and products are required to complete returns. Within 7 business days of receipt of the item(s), we will refund the purchase price, minus the outbound shipping charges. Returned items must have all original parts and be sent back in brand new condition with all accessories, packaging, etc. 3rd party purchases must adhere to 3rd party policies. To obtain return instructions, please send us an email before returning the merchandise.
